Dynamics 365 Call Center and
Sales Order Processing

MAX Pay Global supports CardConnect’s secured hosted payment page to take card information for payment where customer is not present such as in Sales Order Processing and Call Center. The Call Center application has been enhanced by MAX Pay Global to support more complex requirements:

Payment device for Payments in Call Center
Taking a deposit and applying payment upon pickup or shipment
Pre-payment of orders, processing of payment when order is placed
Assign different Merchant IDs per Call Center within the same company
Call Center can be implemented as a POS
Non-payment signature capture for forms such as applications or pickup

Dynamics 365 eCommerce

MAX Pay Global and CardConnect are integrated with the Dynamics
365 eCommerce via an iFrame hosted payment page
Sales in eCommerce, POS, Call Center, and Sales Order Processing use the same customer token. This enables seamless, cross-channel transactions such as:
Buy in eCommerce and pickup in Store
Buy in Store and return to another store or warehouse
Buy in store and have it shipped to desired address from warehouse
