Retail Realm was founded in the mid-1990s to offer open platform solutions to SMB retailers who were struggling with costly and proprietary systems and needed to keep pace with large-sized businesses. For more than a decade, our flagship product was Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS), for which we built a large global reseller base who were trained and certified to distribute RMS and fully support retailers – from deployment to after-sales support.

In the past few years, we have continued to rapidly grow our company, product offerings and distribution channel. As Microsoft sunsetted RMS and we noticed significant gaps in both retail and hospitality, we developed software solutions that extended and enhanced retail management functionality to cater to more retailers, more verticals and more countries. This led to products like our popular MAX Software Suite (which maximizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and AX2012 in Retail) as well as FoodChain, a compete POS & ERP Solution for the Food & Beverage market.

Today, we have a thriving partner channel consisting of trusted solution providers, payment technology companies, ISVs, VARS and vendors who support us in developing and distribution POS and ERP solutions around the world. We have offices in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and are continuing to grow our retail management products, software training/support infrastructure, and technology consulting services so that we can ensure any and every retail store chain is set up for success.
